Shipping, Custom orders 


I truly want everyone who shops with CharlaRae to have a great experience. I believe being upfront and fair is the key to happy customers.
If your art needs to be shipped, I’ll package it with care and only charge you exactly what the shipping company charges me—no extra fees. I usually use UPS since they’ve been reliable for me, and I always try to find the safest, most affordable option.

If you're local to Tucson, AZ, I’m happy to deliver your order myself or meet somewhere that works for you!

I do welcome custom orders, and I love doing things for customers just the way they want it.  This does come with a few caveats.
  
  • First, I will ask for half of the purchase price up front. 
  •  Second, you must be sure of what you want, artwork is very difficult to change.
  • Third, once I have finished a piece you must pay the rest of the price and make arrangements for delivery or shipping the item in a timely manner.  If you have not paid and accepted your item within 45 days of the time that I inform you it is complete; you will forfeit both the item and your deposit.

LAY AWAY
I have started a 10 month lay away plan.  The price is divided by ten and the first payment is due on the day of the lay away and the other nine payments are monthly. 

You can always pay off the lay away in full at any time. I do not charge any interest.  There are a few simple rules:
 
  • If a credit card is used for this transaction there will be a 3% surcharge to cover the fees. 
  • At the end of this time the artwork will belong to the payee. 
  • If said payee decides to cancel the agreement within 4 months of the date the agreement was entered, 75% of the monies paid will be returned.  If the cancellation occurs after the 4th month no money will be returned to the payee. 
  • If no payment is received for 45 consecutive days, the agreement is automatically cancelled, and no money will be returned to the payee

Returns

Artwork cannot be returned.  If you believe there is a special circumstance, contact me and I will attempt to help you.
